BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — TRAFFIC ALERT: CHP reports northbound Hwy 99 is shut down early Friday morning due to police activity near Belle Terrace.
Traffic is being taken off at White Lane with a detour of Wible Rd north to connect with the California Avenue on-ramp. Southbound traffic is not affected.
Officials say there is no estimated time for northbound lanes to reopen.
