BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — On Saturday, the Bakersfield Police Department responded to Taylor Street in Southwest Bakersfield just before 5:30 a.m..
Officers located an adult male victim suffering from major gunshot wounds in the parking lot of an apartment complex.
According to BPD the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
No suspect information has been released.
Taylor Street between Gorham Way and Belle Terrace will be closed off for several hours.
