BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Meet our Pet of the Week, 5-year-old chihuahua Bubbles!

Bubbles is a purebred chihuahua and only weighs four pounds.

She is sweet, playful and not a barker. She is also good with other dogs.

Bubbles is highly allergic to fleas. When she was found by Marley's Mutts, she had a "hot spot" and chewed off the hair on one-side of her butt. She is now healthy and does not have fleas!

Bubbles would be best with someone looking for a lap dog. She has a herniated disc and has trouble walking, therefore small children may be too rough on her. However, she does not need surgery and is doing better each day with her anti-inflammatory medicine.
