BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Pacific Gas and Electric Company is reporting an outage in East Bakersfield, over College Avenue and Oswell Street, impacting 1,251 customers.

According to the PG&E outage website, the outage began just after noon and is expected to last until around 3 p.m.
PG&E is investigating the cause of the outage.
