BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Kern County Public Works Department announced road flooding on Cottonwood Road from Di Giorgio Road to Buena Vista Boulevard.
Officials have closed down the area.
It is unknown at this time when the road will reopen. Drivers are advised to avoid the area.
