Fast food restaurant, Arby's Restaurant, has been shut down, according to the Kern County Public Health Department.
During an inspection on Thursday at the Northwest Promenade location on Rosedale Highway, officials found rodent droppings on food contact surfaces, cabinets shelves and dry storage areas.
They also found an accumulation of debris on floors below the ice maker.
The restaurant currently has a 70% inspection score.
