A Magoo's Pizza in Oildale has been temporarily shut down amid a reported rat infestation, the Kern County Health Department said.
The shop at 1129 Olive Drive received a 56 percent review rating in its inspection on Monday.

In their report, inspectors cited "evidence of severe rat droppings on the floors along the walls throughout the facility". The report goes on to say that "food employees were unaware of vermin infestation and did not self-close the facility".
It's unclear how long the restaurant could be closed.
