On Monday, September 10, Bakersfield Police will be closing down Eye Street between 19th Street and 20th Street for the Portrait of a Warrior dedication event.
The south alley of 20th Street between Chester Avenue and "H" Street will also be closed. Closures are expected to last from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m.
