The second presidential debate will be Sunday, October 9 at 6:00 p.m.
This debate will take the form of a town hall meeting. Half of the questions will be asked by citizen participants and the other half will be posed by the moderators, Anderson Cooper and Martha Raddatz, based on topics of broad public interest as reflected in social media and other sources.

Both candidates, Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump, will have two minutes to respond and there will be an additional minute for either of the moderators to facilitate further discussion.
The town hall meeting participants will be uncommitted voters selected by the Gallup Organization.
