A second lawsuit was filed against the Fairfax School District and the Fairfax Assembly of God Church in regards to sexual abuse accusations.

The first lawsuit was filed back in October. The suit initially said the school and church ignored accusations of sexual abuse. It accused a former vice principal and church board member of sexual misconduct.

Now another lawsuit has been filed. It says former board member Donald Ricketts allegedly abused the plaintiff starting in 2006. The abuse went on for about a year.

In 2013 Ricketts pleaded no contest to lewd or lascivious acts with a child.

The plaintiff in the suit is now in their twenties.
