BAKERSFIELD, Calif. -- Kern County Sheriff Donny Youngblood joined us in Studio B to discuss his trip to Calexico with President Trump.
Sheriff Youngblood talked about how the central valley plays into immigration reform. He also spoke about his one-on-one talk with the president.
Some of the other topics discussed were a Bakersfield Police Department investigation regarding a Kern County Sheriff's deputy's department-issued firearm and several other items that were stolen from the deputy. Investigators are still looking for the gun.
He also spoke about security concerns for the Lightning in a Bottle festival coming to Kern County in May.
