Simply Sweet Smoothie Bowl

This week on Simply Sweet Allison we made a refreshing and heathy smoothie bowl that is sweet, easy to make and a perfect snack for a warm day! I love enjoying these smoothie bowl for breakfast to keep you full all morning long.

There are so many different kinds of frozen fruit you can add such as berries, bananas, mango, acai and even pineapple.

Ingredients:

- 1 1/2 cups frozen fruit

-4 tbsp. milk

-1/2 cup spinach

-1 tbsp. nut butter

-1 tbsp. flaxseed

-1/2 tsp. honey

NOTE: The less milk you add, the thicker the smoothie will be. I start will a dash of milk and add more as needed. 

Toppings (optional):

-granola

-shredded coconut

-fresh fruit

-nut butter

-chia seeds/ flaxseed

-honey

Feel free to add any of your favorite sweet treats on top! Mini chocolate chips could be added for a little extra sweetness.
