BAKERSIFELD, Calif. — SoCal Edison is reporting that they have restored power to over 10,000 Kern County customers in the Tehachapi and Golden Hills area.
SoCal Edison said that the shutoffs were place are due to weather conditions that may create the potential for elevated fire risk. As of Midnight Friday they reported only one Kern County customer still without power.
