BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KERO) — The southbound Hwy. 99 Stockdale Highway off-ramp will remain open for the time being, the City of Bakersfield announced.
The City, Thomas Roads Improvement Program, and Caltrans work together to come to the determination.
The off-ramp is expected to be permanently closed at a yet-to-be-determined date, said the City of Bakersfield.
