The man accused of hitting a 22-year-old riding a bicycle in Oildale took a plea deal in court Wednesday.

Adam Goss was arrested for hitting a woman with his truck on February 4.

He pled no contest to one charge of hit and run with serious injury. The charges of driving under the influence and DUI were dropped.
