Three men arrested in a deadly shooting in Lamont last month appeared in court on Tuesday.

Giovanni Jasso and brothers Jose and Juan Montano are accused of shooting Abraham Rubio last month. 

All three men pleaded not guilty to first degree murder charges.

They are being held without bail and are expected back in court August 18.
