TEHACHAPI, Calif. (KERO) — Downtown Tehachapi is honoring veterans over Memorial Day weekend by installing American flags throughout the area.
This is an annual event organized by the city's Public Works Department. The flags are expected to be in place throughout the summer and removed after Veteran's Day.
The city is also planning on hosting a parade on F Street at 10 a.m. on Mon, May 29.
