Three suspects in Bodfish drug, weapon seizure charged

Three suspects arrested last week for possessing weapons and drugs following a search warrant have been charged.

County deputies issued a search warrant for Steve Hasner in Bodfish following developing information of his involvement with illegal drugs.

During the search, deputies seized four explosive devices, methamphetamine, marijuana, several dozen firearms, hashish, mushrooms, and around $40,000.

During the search Steve Hasner, 57, Nicholas Hasner, 28, and Eileen Hasner, 60, were detained.

They were arrested on the following charges:

Steven Hasner was arrested for possession of an assault rifle, assemble/placement of a booby trap, possession of a destructive device, possession of a controlled substance while armed with a loaded firearm, possession of marijuana for sale, possession of a controlled substance for sale, being under the influence of a controlled substance while in possession of a firearm, maintaining a residence to sell a controlled substance, conspiracy, and possession of a booby trap device with intent to use.

Nicholas Hasner was arrested for possession of a controlled substance while armed with a loaded firearm, possession of marijuana for sale, possession of a controlled substance for sale, possession of a firearm with a prior juvenile felony, being under the influence of a controlled substance while in possession of a firearm, illegal possession of ammunition, and conspiracy.

Eillen Hasner was arrested for possession of an assault rifle, being under the influence of a controlled substance while in possession of a firearm, conspiracy, and possession of paraphernalia.

Steven Hasner is being held on $455,000 bail, Nicholas Hasner is being held on $90,000 bail, and Eillen Hasner is being held on $147,500 bail.
