CORRECTION: Earlier this month, 23ABC received information from 4media Group regarding a marathon hiring event being held by UPS. In the initial press release, Amy Foster of 4media Group, a public relations firm, stated that UPS would be holding 170 hiring fairs across the country, including one in Bakersfield. 

Today, Amy Foster informed us that there would not be a hiring event in Bakersfield. UPS will still be holding hiring events across the country, however the closest hiring event to Kern County will be held in Los Angeles.
