Today a groundbreaking ceremony is happening for Valley Children's Hospital second outpatient specialty care center in Bakersfield.
The state-of-the-art medical center will bring even more pediatric specialists to our community.
The ceremony is happening at 9:30 am on 12500 Stockdale Highway at Allen Road.
