FORT TEJON, Calif. — The Kern County Fire Department is responding to a vegetation fire on the center divider of Interstate 5, just south of Grapevine Road.
KCFD first reported the fire around 10:30 a.m. At this time it is unknown how traffic will be impacted but KCFD is asking drivers in the area to slow down and be on alert for fire crews working in the area.
The California Highway Patrol is also on scene.
