39-year-old Belia Ramos has been identified as the victim killed in an October 24 off-road accident.

The accident occurred on State Route 166, half a mile north of Feister Street, in Maricopa.

Ramos was driving an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) that went over an embankment and crashed. She died at the scene from her injuries.
