Those wind gusts continue throughout parts of the desert and mountain communities, seeing wind speeds reach 30-40 mph. A wind advisory will expire by 3 am on Monday.
A high-pressure system will make its way north into the region by Monday. This will bring a warming trend to the area, where we will see temperatures about 10 degrees higher than the usual seasonal averages.
Temperatures will rise 10-15 degrees from Monday to Friday, but will drop a couple of degrees on Sunday as a developing low pressure system makes its way into the region.
We will see mainly dry conditions for the next seven days.
