TULARE, Calif. — Six vendors from China will not attend the 53rd annual World Ag Expo in Tulare County due to a travel ban issued to prevent the Coronavirus from spreading.
Expo officials say they are utilizing preventative measures against the Coronavirus, which include placing dozens of hand sanitation stations at the expo.
There are also medical professionals on hand to screen and treat anyone who feels ill.
There are over 1,400 exhibitors signed up for the expo this year and more than 100,000 people are expected to attend the event through Thursday, officials say.
