If you are tired of the rhetoric, around-the-clock commercials and debates this fall, you are probably not alone. 

The good news is it will all be coming to an end soon. To put into perspective, the first presidential debate took place between 17 Republican candidates in August of last year. The Democratic hopefuls - all five of them - have their first debate more than a year ago. 

And with this year's election falling on the last possible date, this campaign has been dragged out like none other. 

Below is a countdown to when the final polls close on election night. By this point, the commercials will come to an end, and perhaps, we'll know who our next president will be at that time.
