A Virginia man is now in custody after being accused of abducting a 12-year-old girl.

According to the Fresno County Sheriff's Office, 40-year-old Nathan Larson from Virginia had been talking with a 12 year old girl in Fresno since October convincing her to send pornographic photos of herself. The young girls parents reported her missing on Monday and detectives realized Larson flew from Virginia to Fresno to abduct the girl.

Larson has been charged with several felonies such as kidnapping and soliciting child pornography from a minor. Larson is being held in the Denver Jail pending an extradition hearing. He also faces one misdemeanor charge in Denver for harboring a juvenile.

The girl was unharmed and returned to her family. For the full story watch the video above.
