The Kern County Board of Supervisors will be addressing the November election Tuesday and discussing if action should be taken so people can vote safely.
The board will discuss a resolution recommending Governor Newsom issue an executive order regarding the general election on November 3.
The order would authorize counties to conduct an all mail-in ballot election.
