...FLOOD ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 PM PST THIS AFTERNOON...
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of central California, including the following
county, Kern.
* WHEN...Until 500 PM PST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 246 PM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.

Taft, Maricopa, Dustin Acres, South Taft, Valley Acres, Taft
Heights, Ford City, Tupman, Frazier Park, Pine Mountain Club
and Lake Of The Woods.
