...FLOOD ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM PST THIS EVENING...
* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of central California, including the following
county, Kern.
* WHEN...Until 700 PM PST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. Water over roadways.
Overflowing poor drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may
become impassable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 337 PM PST, Local law enforcement reported heavy rain in
Along Highway 58. This will cause arroyo and small stream
flooding. Between 0.75 and 1.25 inches of rain have fallen.
- Along Highway 58. is the most likely place to experience
minor flooding.
Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.0 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.

Tehachapi, Stallion Springs, Golden Hills, Water Canyon, Bear
Valley Springs, Keene, Jawbone Canyon, Grapevine and Lebec.
