KERN COUNTY, Calif — Temperatures Monday and Tuesday afternoon will be around fifteen degrees below normal for this time of year.

A Wind Advisory is in effect for the mountains and deserts through 9 a.m.

A warming trend is expected Wednesday through Friday. A taste of summer is anticipated this weekend. High temperatures in the San Joaquin Valley Sunday afternoon will be in the upper 90s.
