(KERO) — Eggs may see a significant drop in price soon.

According to a recent report by market research firm Urner Barry, the wholesale average price for a dozen eggs will drop to around $1 in the next few weeks. That would be the lowest price in nearly two years.

Prices climbed to more than $5 in December. The report shows they have dropped about 78 percent since then.
