BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Valentine’s Day is just around the corner and whether you’re celebrating with a special someone or your friends, Flour St. Bakery owner Heather Baeza has some treats to help you celebrate.

"We have our date night box. This is usually for couples that are probably just having an extra special night after dinner. [We] included little small bottles of alcohol for the happy couples, however, we require I.D. check for this one," said Heather. "I have our Galentine’s box or you can also do our Single And No Mingle for those who just choose to hang out by themselves. [Our] baby bug boxes have two cake pops and a cocoa bomb as well as small treats inside for the kids.”

Some of the boxes come with large, chocolate hearts in the middle.

“Some of our customers like to put little prizes inside them. Engagement rings, bracelets, just little prizes for their loved ones, and we place them inside and they’re able to break [the hearts]," said Heather.

Heather said her bakery's treats help make the holiday festive despite the pandemic.

“They are extra fun this year. It’s something I’ve been into for about 14 years now. But it’s constantly growing and changing so we're just trying to keep up with it," said Heather.

Heather and her husband make all of Flour St. Bakery's items from home. If you'd like to place an order, visit theFlour St. Bakery Instagram page.
