BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KERO) — Since Monday morning Kern County, along with the other counties in the San Joaquin region, have been under a stay-at-home order. That order coming from the state as a direct result of ICU capacity.
This morning 23ABC was joined by Chief Administrative Officer Ryan Alsop to talk more in-depth about what impacts the stay-at-home order will have on Kern County.
