BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — A third person was arrested in connection to a deadly shooting at a Motel 6 in East Bakersfield in December.
33-year-old Oscar Hernandez by the Kern County Sheriff's probation department Friday in connection to this case. He was booked for murder and participation in a street gang.
Back in DEcember, KCSO arrested and booked 29-year-old Jose Chavez in connection to this case. KCSO also arrested 37-year-old Benjamin Bravo of Bakersfield for murder and attempted murder in January.

According to officials, on Dec. 12, 2019 around 7 a.m., deputies found 30-year-old Daniel Arturo Gil shot and two others injured when they entered the hotel located at 8223 Brundage Lane.
The other two victims were treated and released.
