An application to use the RAVBM system can be found online. The RAVBM voter will then receive a ballot electronically. After Oct. 27, mail ballots can only be requested in person at the election office or a satellite office.

For voters who haven't registered to vote, conditional voter registration is available at the election office, satellite office, and at any poll site on Election Day.
