BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — An at-risk teen runaway has been found safe, according to BPD.

16-year-old Yessica Villegas was last seen in the 900 block of 6th Street in Central Bakersfield at approximately 3 a.m. on Wednesday, January 9. She was listed as "at-risk" due to a medical condition.
