California Highway Patrol releases statistics from Thanksgiving maximum enforcement period

CALIFORNIA (KERO) — The California Highway Patrol (CHP) has released the numbers from their maximum enforcement period over the Thanksgiving holiday.

25 drivers were arrested for driving under the influence. There were also three deadly crashes during that time period.

The maximum enforcement period began in the evening on Wednesday, November 23rd and ended at midnight on Sunday, November 27th.
