Bobby Scott Perigo returns to court Wednesday, July 20 for the first time since May 18, 2016.

During the previous hearing, a motion was made to amend a complaint and the pre-preliminary hearing was rescheduled for July 20.

Perigo was accused of having a sexual relationship with a minor, resigning shortly after the accusations were made.

He previously plead not guilty on March 28.

Perigo was originally arrested on March 24, alongside 30-year-old Juan Brito.
