The Tehachapi City Council is meeting Monday night to decide on the future of marijuana within the city.

The deadline for California cities to come up with pot plans is fast approaching, and Tehachapi is one of two cities making decisions Monday night; Delano is also expected to vote on it.

The Tehachapi City Council is expected to vote on a zoning ordinance that would ban all commercial cannabis activity and uses, including outdoor cultivation. The vote would also allow indoor cultivation as stated by state law.
