Liberty High School senior Jake O’Connell went above and beyond to take his girlfriend to prom!

Jake told 23ABC that he and his girlfriend, Lauren Hamilton of Stockdale High, weren't able to enjoy their proms together due to COVID-19. After Lauren organized a backyard movie night for the two of them, Jake said he wanted to do something special in return.

So with the help of friends and his mom, Jake placed the Amazon orders, pulled out the old record player, and organized a Disco-filled evening, the same theme as Stockdale's prom.
