This week's Science Sunday segment is of course Halloween-themed, and it's geared toward our youngest students! 23ABC Chief Meteorologist Elaina Rusk partnered with a beloved local teacher to learn about the different states of matter. Highland Elementary School teacher Kristina Stricker shows fellow teachers and homeschooling parents how to make a "Spooky Expanding Ghost" and "Ghoulish Elephant Toothpaste".
