Angela Nguyen is a Multi-Media Journalist at 23ABC. She joined the team in July 2026 after graduating from San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism. A proud Bay Area native, Angela brings experience from her college newspaper, magazine, student-run broadcast show, and a San Francisco internship to report on the stories that shape her community.

What began as a college elective sparked a passion that led Angela from print journalism to broadcast news. Inspired by a classmate, she embraced the leap from curiosity to action, determined to highlight community stories and give voice to underrepresented communities.

Outside of work, she enjoys keeping herself busy through cooking, baking, reading, writing, and taking care of her plant babies. If you find Angela, feel free to give her a shout.
